วันนี้ Wine Time by Wine Selection ขอนำเสนอสินค้าของคนไทยบ้างค่ะ
ไร่องุ่นไวน์กราน-มอนเต้ เป็นผู้นำอุตสาหกรรรมไวน์ไทย นำโดยไวน์เมคเกอร์ นิกกี้ โลหิตนาวี ทายาทเจ้าของไร่องุ่นแห่งนี้ที่มีดีกรีเป็นถึงไวน์เมกเกอร์คนแรกของเมืองไทย ด้วยการดูแลองุ่นทุกต้นอย่างพิถีพิถัน และกระบวนการทำไวน์ที่สร้างสรรค์ ทำให้ไวน์ของไร่นี้มีคาแร็กเตอร์พิเศษเฉพาะตัว จนหลายปีที่ผ่านมาไวน์ของกราน-มอนเต้ ได้ไปสร้างชื่อเสียงจากการคว้ารางวัลในระดับโลกมาแล้วมากมาย รวมถึงรางวัล Best National Producer – Thailand หรือผู้ผลิตไวน์ดีเด่นแห่งประเทศไทย จากการแข่งขันไวน์นานาชาติ AWC Vienna ที่จัดขึ้นในประเทศออสเตรีย ชนะซ้อนหลายปี รวม 2015, 2016, 2017 และ 2019
ไวน์กราน-มอนเต้ ได้ขึ้นทะเบียนสิ่งบ่งชี้ทางภูมิศาสตร์ “ไวน์เขาใหญ่” (“Khao Yai Wine” Geographical Indication) ซึ่งได้รับอนุมัติให้ขึ้นทะเบียนโดยกรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา กระทรวงพานิชย์ ใช้เป็นกฏเกณฑ์สำหรับการจัดระเบียบทำไวน์องุ่นสายพันธุ์ vitis vinifera ที่ปลูกในประเทศไทยโดยแท้ อันจะไม่มีการเจือปนกับไวน์หรือองุ่นนำเข้าหรือผสมกับน้ำผลไม้อี่นใด นับเป็นความทันสมัยอีกด้านหนึ่งของผู้ผลิตไวน์ไทยแท้จากเขาใหญ่ ที่มีความพยายามตลอดมาในช่วง 20 ปีในการผลักดันให้การผลิตไวน์จากองุ่นมีคุณภาพและชื่อเสียงเช่นเดียวกับไวน์ประเทศอื่น
GranMonte Vineyard and Winery is Thailand’s leading wine producer and the representative of Thai wine’s true potential. GranMonte’s international award-winning wines are made from 100% estate-grown wine grapes by Thailand’s first and only oenologist, Nikki Lohitnavy. The 40-acre family-owned vineyard is situated in the foothills of the UNCESCO World Heritage Khao Yai National Park. GranMonte’s spirit of innovation and love of challenge allow new blends and styles to be introduced to the line-up every vintage, and the vineyard is named “Best National Producer – Thailand” by international wine competition AWC Vienna in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2019.
GranMonte has successfully registered “Khao Yai Wine” as a Geographical Indication in 2018. Wines of “Khao Yai Wine” Geographical Indication are made according to the GI's established (and globally-accepted) winemaking standards. The grapes need to be vitis vinifera grown in the Khao Yai region only, and no grapes of other origins, imported must/wine, or other fruit juice can be added. This development will help to raise the standards and expectations for vitis vinifera wines with legitimate claims of origins in Thailand, for the benefit of consumers and a bright future for wines of Thailand.
